Returns Policy
A request to return stock garments must be made to us within 14 days of receiving your order
The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of us receiving your request
We will email you a Returns Note that must be included with your returns
Be-spoke & Made to Order garments cannot be returned
Garments eligible for return must be fit for re-sale and be unworn
All tags attached ,hangars must be attached & plastic packaging must not be torn
We charge a 5% fee for garments returned without tags attached or with torn packaging
All packaging on garments is peal and seal which means they can be opened easily and re-sealed
For hygiene reasons the following items cannot be returned ; medical gowns – disposable masks – disposable gloves – disposable hair covers – disposable beard covers – disposable shoe covers – face visors – disposable coveralls
To return garments you must email us at [email protected] and include the details of the garments you wish to return
We will then email you a Returns Form that should be printed off and enclosed with your returns
